YUZURU GETS MARRIED!

YUZURU HANYU ANNOUNCES HIS MARRIAGE

I found out through a twitter friend last week that former double Olympic Champion Skater

Yuzuru Hanyu announced on Aug 4th that he got married. The story went viral on Chinese website

Weibo but no announcement was made on who the lucky recipient was.

And by the time the story hit online sites in Japan there was mixed reactions. Some Fanyus were

thrilled at the announcement while some were confused by the whole ambiguous debacle.

We know that Yuzu is a very private person, and that during his professional Skating career

he chose to reject all social media platforms. Yes he did open up a Youtube Channel shortly

after retiring. But some fans were disappointed that the channel didn't become more

close up and personal, preferring to just put out Skating routines with Yuzu a long way

from the camera.

Even the top Yuzu Tumblr YUZU ALL THE WAY have been strangely quiet on the whole story.

I think they're a little shellshocked  at the announcement and are not sure how to handle the story.

After all it's not often that a global superstar announces  their marriage but conceals to the world who their partner might be.

Some fans online are interpreting the marriage as a solid union and a lifelong dedication

to the world of Skating rather than to a lifelong partner. And had there been a romantic relationship

in Yuzu's life, then it couldn't have been kept a secret from his home fans in Japan for very long.
